kairisesshy ((soooo sorry i havent been here!)) Kyoku sat and smiled at all the happy women, watching them talk and move about. Sayuri talked softy, keeping a gentle nature, very good for a maiko, Kyoku thought. Carefully Kyoku got up and wandered over to the young girl. "Sayuri, may i speak with you for a moment?" she asked smiling warmly Sayuri looked up towards Kyoku tentavely and nodded humbly. "Of course, Kyoku-san," Sayuri replied. "You know that I would never deny a request from you." Sayuri bowed humbly towards Dea and the other surrounding geisha and maiko that were around, following Kyoku to the side. "What is it that you need?"

Um . . .Hello. I received an invitation to this guild a few weeks ago, but I've yet to post and introduce myself. Sorry about that sweatdrop
As for my Geisha name, please call me Ichigo if it's not already taken.
And, yes, I now how stupid of a name that it, but it's the first thing that came to mind neutral

Kyoku smile graciously as sayuri stepped aside with her.
"I was thinking.." Kyoku's soft grey eyes looked the girl over, when her eyes landed on a slightly out of place cascade of flowers in her hair. Reaching up a delicate hand she nudged it back into place. "I was thinking that you need someone to help you. Well i think we all need someone." She smiled at her own thoughts and brought her hand down. "Sayuri if the arangements can be made, would you like to become my apprentice?"

There was no way to hide the excitement that Sayuri felt swirling inside, for her eyes flicked up to Kyoku-san's eyes immediately at the sound of the word apprentice.
"Kyoku-san, this is a most unexpected surprise," Sayuri admitted, a slight smile rising up the edges of her lips. "I think you must know my answer already, but I will say it if it pleases you. I could think of no better geisha that I would become apprenticed to than yourself, Kyoku-san. Shall I send a maid to give word to my Mother of your coming in the near future?"

Kyokku felt a warm smile bubble forth onto her delicate features, her eyes sparkling with delight in the warmly lit room.
"That would be a most acceptable idea i think." She responded warmly laughing softly towards the end, a warm layer of happiness at seeing Sayuri's surprise and happiness wash over her.

Sitting there and thinking, Jade drank the rest of her tea, and grabbed some fresh clothes. She just opened the door of her room without a word, and walked to the bathing room.
