Mari sat Raine on her lap and held onto her. "He was quiet, but he always got into things. Always had to keep an eye on him to see what he was trying to do next. Drove me crazy. You even had your stage of being bad."

Mari laughed and kept ahold of her. "Like hell you were. The only one who says that is your father because you're 'daddy's little girl'. You got into just as much stuff as your brother's did, if not more because you got away with it."

Mari stood up and kept ahold of her. "Of course you are." She then placed her down and smiled. "Well, are you ready to go? Cause when you are, I am."

Mari nodded and took her hand. They both went down the steps together and Mari yelled out. "Matt! We're going out now! We'll be home later!"

"We will! Love you!" With that, they both left the house and started towards town. They had a house that was on the outskirts of the city. Not far away, but far enough that they could live in peace without many people knowing where they were. She looked down at Raine and smiled. "So what first? Shopping or movie?"

"Alright, then." They had reached the city and was walking down the main street that was littered with shops of all sorts. They looked through the windows and down the street and Mari spoke to her. "What store, dear?"

she looked around and seen a store filled with toys and video games. she pointed at it and looked at her. "lets go in there!"

Mari laughed and looked at the store. "Why not?" She then lead her into the store and let go of her hand. "Now no running off that far. Stay in my sight." With that note, Mari started looking at a shelf that held some games for her handheld system that she got to play if the kids were in bed and her husband was leaving her alone.
