I don't know what Leon taught Kai up there but I just pray to the Gods it isn't irreversable. He was young so there is still hope but it still might take a while. *He rolled his neck, cracking it several times

She dropped the basket she had been holding. "What?....how could you say that?" Tears sprang to her eyes as she trembled. "He tortured him, cracked and called him a monster....to the point that Kai killed.....him...."

I know what he did but do we know everything? Every exact little detail? Yes, Leon was a terrible person and yes he pushed Kai to the point where he killed him but who knows what he could've forced into Kai's mind that we don't know about yet?We can help steer Kai through the problems we know are there and have more spring up 10, 15, 20 years down the road. Who knows how many repressed memories he might have in his skull that could come flood back on a hair trigger? I know Kai's psyche has been scrambled beyond anything we coulda thought would happen but that doesn't mean we can't undo some of the damage. I don't want Kai to become me, I don't want him despising his home and leaving it when he's still a kid. *He sighed as he folded the last pair of pants and put it on the pile. His shades hid his eyes that were shifting as if he were looking into the past

She bent over retrieving the clothes with shaking hands. Her thoughts had been on this matter for quite some time now. She remembered what she had done for Zero and perhaps...maybe she could help her son. "What if I....did what...we did with you?"
