Cold: Usually, it's some CP or a few techniques. Either way, this is probably one of the larger gifts ROTS had gotten for Christmas. lol.

Aww, cool! blaugh So we can have any technique we want so long as it isn't a clan technique, right? And we don't have to type the number of words for that tech either? (wish I had known that before I typed 2000 words for the last Soshi move I needed. sweatdrop ))

Like in Arts, some techniques cannot be learned unless you have a certain number of Taijutsu. Those Requirements.
