Thanks Cobra but watching my deit is hard not because I cant control my self but because my mom cooks for every one else in the house as well as myself and the other arnt on a deit

Ask her to buy you a lot of chicken, jsut regular, plain chicken, isn't that expensive, then cook it up all at once in the oven. BAM, you have dinner for the next week.
I lost 40 lbs in about 4 months doing this:
3 days a week : running for 45 minutes, or Elliptical machine for 25.
Breakfast - 3/4 of a cup of Fiber One cereal and a low fat yogurt
11:00 - Eat a piece of fruit
Lunch - 5 oz piece of chicken with one piece of cheese in a wrap, with a side of vegetables
(3 hours after lunch) - Eat a piece of fruit.
Dinner - 2 1/2 chicken breasts, side of vegetables, with a piece of pita bread.
9:00 or so, eat a piece of fruit.
Before you sleep, Situps, pushups, crunches, and right before sleep, drink a glass of milk.
...obviously water is the preferred drink, or V8 or something like that, so long as it doesn't have sugar. ALSO, obviously, no sweets.

Well My genin knows nothing of jutsu other then the four techniques you start with. So yeah. Lol. You would win it almost right away Unless My character is able to have is Bloodline Techniques Like the summonings.

Augoeides Cobra_X havikthecold On another note any ideas on loseing weight I gotta shead alot of weight SOON. About 30 pounds in three months... stupid boot camp Control your eating habits and exercise 4 days a week.
Stick to a high protein, low carb diet... and most importantly, as a male, do situps, crunches, and pushups daily... until it burns.
Men tend to put all of their weight on their abdomen , so the crunched, sit ups, and push ups hit the trouble area....and boy... crunches/sit ups buuuuurn! D: Pfft, try weight lifting.

I walked for four weeks, four miles to the library everyday(two miles to, and two miles back) and lost about 30-40 lbs. You also need to drink water in half your weight. How much do you weigh?
