This took me about three reads to figure out where I was mentally supposed to put the hyphen. Then again, we've all done the lack-of-sleep misread.

I was going to make one of those, but really it leaves no room for improvement. If your character learns how to fight, then you're ********, because you have the ultimate character and people will call munch on it.

I feel fantastic. Also, the last couple of times I've wandered out of the relative safety of threads that I trust, I've been maimed to death, pummeled to death with fiery fists, exploded with "exploding ninja stars," (seeing a pattern here?), instantly had my throat slit, been shot in the face, shot in the throat, and... I think someone cut Rage in half once. Also, the one where someone teleported behind Rage and slit his throat, I was accused of God-moding because I elbowed him in the stomach to escape.

If your character learns how to fight, then you're ********, because you have the ultimate character and people will call munch on it. s'why you make it so that if they touch a weapon, it inexplicably breaks somehow. and if they punch someone, somehow they always miss or it just doesn't hurt for some reason. no strength or something

Yeah, it seems my power house character would be raped outside of trusted threads. But lately, my trust has been shaken. Last night I saw someone shrug off a paltry blade to the brain in Levi stadium.

It doesn't really matter who or what your character is.
They will die in one post, either in a run-on sentence or a novella. Or both.

I don't see how an indestructible character learning to fight is ultimate at all.
Hell, I'd been considering making him a decent fighter, though not great.
Fact is, just because the guys indestructible doesn't mean that he can do jack compared to all the characters around with magic and super stuff. It's not hard for most Gaian's to throw around a dozen burning spheres of death. Compare this to one guy who'd decent with a weapon and won't die if he takes one of those to the face, but will still hurt like hell.
...in fact, I think I'm going to make this now.
