David's words surprised her. It never would have occurred to admit those feelings to another so openly. Gently she crossed her hand over to the opposite shoulder, resting her hand on top of his own. Turning slowly she looked up at him with compassion and apology. "I am sorry to hear that. Why are you feeling this way? .. Are you sure you are alright? What happened to your wings?"

~my wings are gone due to an alchemic resurection gone wrong...I tried to ressurect my...~*he shudders and starts crying*~..I'd rather not talk about it...~

"Oh David ..." she said softly. Lifting herself on to her toes, she tried her best to cradle the man in her arms. Softly she slid on hand around his waist, the other higher, toward his shoulder blades and gently rested the side of her head on his chest. "Worry not, for you are not alone. I know that I may not fill the emptiness you feel in your heart tonight, but will do what I am able to be here for you."

Easing her hands fom David's body, she rested her hands at her sides once more and took a step back from him. Trying her best to smil calmly, she answered him serenely. "Of course I will listen. What is on your mind?" tilting her head curiously she gave him her undivided attention.

Blue eyes looked deeply in to that of the males for a moment before hiding from him again. She lowered her head, staring at the floor. This admission was highly unexpected though she thought it obvious before that he enjoyed spending time with her. Trembling slightly, she struggled over the words to reply with. "I ... I know not what to say ... David, I believe you are a very kind person." she paused, nearly choking on her own words. She raised her arms from her sides, cupping her hands together, she held them against her chest. "I have enjoyed the time we have spent together but ... Oh David, I am so sorry."

Though her form was quite smaller compared to his, she seemed to shrink away from him, seeming even smaller in comparison at this point. "I am sorry that I do not feel the same for you. This is not easy for me to say. Never have I experienced ... anything like this, I know not what to say. I am so sorry David."

Raising her eyes to look at him once more she then found it difficult. She turned away, too ashamed to allow herself to be seen right now. "I .. should go. I am so sorry."
