Well, in that case, there would be no point in having the part about it passing down through the strongest, right? I mean, because no one can commit suicide and lose their Orochi Power so someone has to kill the person each time the power is passed. If Drago didn't accept then someone else would snag it. I was simply curious. I'm not trying to take it and give it away. Drago didn't mind you keeping it even though you died so I won't take it from you. But it might not be the case next time. So I am responding to your post to clear this up for later.
