I nearly drowned while running today.
And not from rain, or tripping and falling into a lake. It was just so...damn...HUMID.

i absolutely believe you. even with the rain cooling things down, it didn't help things be not muggy. i'd come back from a 2.5 hour journey or something like that last week absolutely drenched from sweat that refused to evaporate.

I used to free run before I injured my knee. That was the worst, intense exercise outside, sweat pouring off you, but not going away. Horrible.

is it hot throughout the entire continent today? Its the hottest day of the year so far up here in Alberta Canadaland, my dad and I had to help a lady suffering from heat stroke get home a few hours ago, strangely enough she lives right next door to the townhouse we lived in 14 years ago
