Meilikki smiled softly. "Indeed." She didn't really have much else to say on the subject. "Aella, do you have that note you've forgotten to give me?"
Aella cheered a little bit, since Cedric seemed so scincere, but blushed when the Oracle asked her the qeustion. "Oh, right..." digging around in one of her deep pockets, she pulled out a crumpled letter. "I completely forgot about it." She handed it to Meilikki.

"A letter?" Cedric responded, moving away from the topic at hand. "A letter from whom?"

Meilikki didn't need to open it to know who it was from, but opening mail was fun, so she did anyway. She scanned it quickly; well, she knew what it said, if not being able to see the words.. "From the new king of Honoursfeild."
Aella leaned over and tried to see what was writen in the letter, before remebering that she couldn't read cursive.

"I did not know that you knew the king of Honoursfield, Aella." The elf smiled. "When did you get that letter?"

Aella shook her head. "I don't. It got to me through connections. The King knows Tarathiel, as well as Moonstone and his assitant, since he gave them a place to start their practice. Eventually the King figured out that I knew the Oracle, and I was passed this from Moonstone to give to her."
She shrugged. "Not long ago."
"Uth'Mondar is offering me a place in his court."

"I guess this means you are a trust worthy person." Cedric smiled, "Honorsfield was in shambles when I got here. Since the a prince from Deep Water lead a small contingent there to estore order. A locale was selected to be king." The elf recited the rumors he gathered in Deep Water. "I believe the prince Diamond was killed during the final stages of the routing of the resistnce to order."

"Indeed, Diamond was killed just near the end of the battle. Things are running smoothly thanks to his sacrifice." She felt over the parchment with her fingers.
"His wishes are to devlope a court of the people, where his subjects can have more say in politics. He believes my presence in the court would help bring the kingdom under prosperity."

His eyes narrowed at her tone to him some, talking to him almost as if he was stupid to say it at all. Well then He'd just keep his damn mouth shut in the areas of semi concern now wouldn't he? This was why he didn't help people, got thrown back in his own damn face.
But a look back to her. "No. We're done." But as he usually would make a move to gather things up and go home, he merely walked back to his end of the table and sat down, taking on that thinking look. Home...hmm...his home was more or less blessed with chaos, not something he wanted to deal with.
So from his tunic he pulled out what looked like a self made map when it was unfolded, specific things marked, a number of notes on the margarins. He braced on his elbows, looking over the thing.
After a long while of discussing Kieran emerged from Catawa's room, a plan in his mind and a need to start into it. Now...it wasn't his way to normally lie...but when it came to the saftey of his family, even emotional and the like...he was known to stretch the truth to spare them the complications of the truth. A look to Raziel on his shoulder a moment. "Can't keep ourselves out of trouble can we?"

She really didn't like the feeling she was currently experiencing, her hand was still throbbing and she slowly flexed it again until the pain became unbearable and then let it lay flat and rest. Gods that hurt. But she raised an eyebrow at him, so he deemed that the fifteen minutes didn't need to be completed, eh? Well that was just fine with her, though her eyes narrowed when he didn't immediately move to go on home. She had a lot to think about starting with the series of events that had just taken place, namely Sevilin's rune tricks and Malik's making sure she couldn't use her hand, but curiosity assailed her. "Aren't you going home...?"

"I cannot advise you on that subject. If you would like, I can go and try to get a love thirsty dragon to stop trying to kill you, or find specific seeds that are required to save the surface world, but advise a human for human politics..." Cedric shrugged. "You could always test the waters."

With a sigh his attention turned up from the parchment in front of him to her, red eyes watching a moment and then blinking, before turning back down to the map. "Eventually. But my privacy has thus been disrupted by others, and I feel the need to relocate myself." And perhaps this time make sure to mask the residual energies there that could be traced. It was so furstrating to know that he couldn't be anywhere without chaos. Hm, he needed to scout more.

Meilikki smiled. "I will send my answer when I am well again. I lived bear Lostagrace for quite some time, it wouldn't be much different to live in the new Honoursfield. Except perhaps with less murders."
She chuckled though when he mention the love thristy dragon. "Alaran is still confused and wondering over the discussion you had with her."

"As long as she is not trying to kill the person she loves, I would say that I succeeded in convincing her." Cedric smiled.
"Your spirit seems to have greatly improved since the first time we were here."

Well that was interesting now wasn't it? She'd known that they were in the area of his home the other day just hadn't been entirely positive where it was. Having been there before, she knew that he had runes all around it and the only way he would have known that Tarathiel and Jarlaxle were around, would be if something triggered on one of his runes. It made perfect sense in fact. "So you're looking for a new place to live. Why not just move in here?" It was a perfectly logical solution in her opinion. He wouldn't have to give up his current home and when things died down he could just move back. "Temporarily I mean..."

"She's doing better thanks to you. She even allowed the Dragon Armada out of the north to try and help subdue my crazy dragon." Tanundra gave her a snort from his chair in the corner.
"A certain drow would not allow me to wallow in my own stupidity for very long. I'm far from being perfectly sound, but I'm trying." Again that soft smile. It was amazing how affective a smile could be, when you were trying to move on. She was still in a great amount of pain and the numerous scars over her body gave her another reason to cover up, but at least she could still be pleseant and be sincer about it.
