I've found that sometimes being polite works, and sometimes it doesn't. It's really a fifty-fifty chance for the most part, unless you're dealing with people who float to opposite ends of the spectrum.
Oh, and I found out what's wrong with my wrist. Ganglian cyst. Which is why it only hurts while writing....

I dont mind it when people get angry of violent it's just people who don't know when to stop being sarcastic, egotistic and self absorbed.
