Can I have a rinnegan charcater, basically the same as puppeteer but use is in another area of the village that their path(body) would be in.

The Rinnegan brings way to much trouble and controversy. And ppleasseee don't try to argue with this, because it's pointless. Even the guild leader making a Rinnegan RPC got everyone riled up.
