Body Flicker is almost villageless.
It's just a basic ninja move like substitution or Henge.
It's chakra accelerated physical movement paired with an environmental or village based distraction.
Uchihas use a swirl of leaves, Miyanara may use a swirl of clouds, Mizu's would use a swirl of mist. you get the idea.

For some reason I don't really like that comparison... Think of Body Flicker as just a Substitution without the log. Through a mix of speed and chakra, the user will 'teleport' from one spot to another.

Mainly because some people.. Devoker choose to RP, and then leave for a million years...

But no physical passing through with either of those two. Body flicker and Substitution can't save you if you've already been caught.

now why would you gang up on people with your characters? [just ruins the fun of RPs ] especially when it turns into "You're going to kill my guy? Oh yeah? Well take this~!!!!! -pull out uber strong profile from a distant thread that should have no knowledge of the fight and aimlessly wanders in and has some relation to the person for some absurd reason or likely reason IC wise but is really for the benefit of saving one's a**- >>
