It's like in a thunder storm, but since there is no wind pushing the rain, it falls straight down. xP
and so it's like a bacteria? (because if so I can stop it, if not I can't)

Ah, I see. So pretty heavily? That should more or less protect you from the cloud of disease that Hedoro's double made, nice job!
And it's not a normal bacteria, it's more like a chakra parasite if it had to be labeled as anything. Maybe a term like metamorphic anthrophage? It soaks into your entire body and blocks off your chakra system.

Don't say that, there's all sorts of things you haven't tried yet! There's even Hedoro's big weakness, which you did get close to hitting, but not quite.

No, it's not lightning. That would work, if she were to be hit by it without her Lightning Armor technique, though.

As for why she won't yield... First, you touched her, she doesn't like that. Second, she's hungry, she doesn't like that. Third, you could somehow tell that she was both a girl and slime almost instantly, and she REALLY doesn't like that. That's why she wears like seven or so layers of rags and shreds, covering her entire body. To amke sure people can't tell what she is.
