I don't get it. It seems like the only thing you can produce with that is a TRUE/FALSE indicator.
I don't know why anyone would build a complex machine that does nothing but tell you if it's working or not.

A computer itself is just a massive series of "true/false". With enough space and gears, you should be able to program your fortress.

I checked after a couple seconds of fighting and found "Kobold head", "kobold arm", "kobold leg", and another "kobold leg" separate from "kobold corpse"

I just tried watching the first episode of Supernatural. The episode ended like five minutes into the show and went to episode two without me realizing it. I thought it had taken a commercial break, but noooo, instead I end up watching the whole first episode in a couple of seconds.
