so now my company seems to think that by letting me off a couple hours early on two days it makes up for the fact that I get no sleep on those days.

What makes it worse is that its so I can go to a rifle range, which I qualified at not two months ago. Theres even people who havent qualified since we've been here... like the guy thay have replacing me...
