Those are all good points, Tory had said that he was thinking of going back through the recently approved made-ups anyways. Personally, I'd say take the matter up with a mod, because all someone like me can do is help talk about it. I do agree with you, that the limiter on his move is a little iffy, but then again, I'm sure some of mine have that same problem. Regardless, if it does seem to be a big enough problem, I'd hope a mod would notice, or if nothing else, check in with a mod to have them notice.

That's why most of my moves don't take into account chakra levels, it gets too confusing.

I'm telling you to just summon something as the swords are coming towards you, then have the summon protect you until the binding wears off.

Hmmm the way I see it and I'm not speaking as a mod in this matter is that you'd probably have a short window to react, at least my mind, flames like that would destroy or disrupt at least one of the swords and that would probably allow you some or free movement, but by that point the flames would be about 2-3 ft away from you.... at least that's how I would see that playing out.

Or you could have just dodged the swords....
You've probably got the reflexes to twist your body a bit before the swords stab into you. If you did that the swords would miss your spine, right?

That tech is going to change if I have anything to say about it. I'm waiting to hear from mods right now. And like Hedoro says, 700cp should not be ebough to make any difference. CP is hardly taken into account until there are major gaps between the opponents.
