Ahhh, well thats understandable. And the fact thaht you really care about your quality of work says a lot about you too. 3nodding Sorry you feel the need to quit your job, but your happiness (and sanity) is the most important part. heart

It just feels good to have finally made a decision about it. I didn't want to stay this year, but did because I didn't know where else to go. I still don't know if I can find a job that I'll enjoy that pays as much as I'm making now, but I can't let that trap me in a job I hate anymore. So hubby and I talked about it, and agreed that my enjoyment of the job is more important and that he can get a second part time job (he's only working part time right now as is. I'm working full time) to help make up the slack. I'd also be willing to work two jobs, as long as I liked both of them

Bestmom why not teach a higher grade? The thing is I actually prefer the younger ones. The problem I'm having isn't with working with kids. I love kids. The problem is the frustration of working with them in a large group setting. It's like all day, all you do is say "No! Stop! Don't do that!" That's why I'm interested in being a Nanny. I'd only be working with 1-2 kids, in a relaxed home setting. There aren't as many restrictions and I think I could bond with the kids better and just be able to enjoy being with them, instead of policing them all day.

Sorry for disappearing all of a sudden, I wasn't feeling well so I lied down and ended up falling asleep. The 'rents woke me up for dinner, but now that I've eatten I'm just gonna go back to sleep.
