Designated Hero Gonna put Jello back with JB as a strong safety so they can hang out and do...whatever it is they do together. The hell's this? I play nose guard. 5' 8" / 170 lbs.

Matt.
Waterboy.
Unable to attend games because there is a restraining order against him regarding 73% of the cheerleading squad.

No one gets to bloody them but me, and I'll bloody the nose of anyone who tries.

I'm liking this Dorf Fort.
And how half of it exists for combat.
And how it looks like Kraun and I will do 75% of the work between the two of us. Or less, depending on how excessively much digging there is to be done.

There. First season down. Mostly as an introduction to the fortress as a whole and the way I'll be chronicling the rest of it, that season came out a little long. Generally it won't be that way unless something significant happens, but there'll be less attention payed to the day-to-day workings of the fort.

Don't see anything wrong with attention to day-to-day right when you're starting out. That stuff is fairly significant at that point, I'd think.
Y'know, beyond "every single dorf spent the entirity of the day drinking and napping. No work was done."

Fortress of Armswords, settled by The Trade of Violence.
Same party as last time. In a 'horrifying' setting between cliffs and a river.

Ohman, I would've done something like that except that I want this tale to last beyond two seasons. So I settled for untamed wilderness, which should be doable with the amount of combat dwarves we have. I also don't really need a hunter since I can just put someone on soldier and patrol them with "Harass dangerous wild animals" on to get plenty of meat.

This area isn't really horrifying. There is a cougar roaming around, though.
