It's to prevent those kinds of people who just create a million characters and end up having time for none of them from existing. A lot of people here have gone from a few characters to focusing on one or two mainly or leaving them all to rot entirely.

Lanny will be posting in the Residential District as Wanryoku for you Trafalgar, he's just at work right now. no problemo. i can wait a bit since i do need to create some training posts anyway. the world doesn't revolve around me and when i want to rp, as much as i wish it did haha

Tao-Benshin You should totally come to Kumo once you're able. Well, if I could make one I'd wanna try for Oto. I know it's dead, but that just makes it easier to grind missions. //takes over as kage while everyone is post locked Honestly, I'd probably pick Kumo. I've always liked Sunagakure, but I wanna pick a village I haven't really done before. o vo
