Tired but in a good way. I spent yesterday, my birthday celebrating. I hung out with my kids and husband in the morning, then my parents offered to sit the kids for us that afternoon/evening. My husband took me to get my hair cut, we had a small lunch, and then went to the mall. Just for giggles I tried on a pair of pants That had chains on them and ironically they fit me really, really well. So I let my husband buy them for me. The chains are removable if I want them to look like relatively normal pants or to wash them. Then we met my two best friends at my favorite Mexican restaurant and we had dinner together. They got me a cake that said "Ha! You are 25 and I'm not!" We all laughed about that because I am older than most of my friends but not by much. Their birthdays are less than a month or so from mine and they will both be 25 this year also. It was nice to finally be able to hang out with them and my husband at the same time for a little while.
Then they both went home to change clothes and my husband and I went to pick up the kids. I put them to bed and my husband prepared to watch anime all night, lol. He had offered to watch them while I went out with the girls. We went to our local bar/pool hall and hung out for a while. Then we ended up at Suzy's house and chatted till 5am! It was a great birthday.
