well that sucks... how about you PM me when your charecter is aproved. I'd like to fight your charecter in the fight arena. one ice user against another. OH, and dont forget to get your jutsu aproved, just send whoever aproves your charecter a PM and ask them about your jutsu. Anyway, I'm about to sign off, it's five in the morning on MLK jr. day. night ^^

Not only that, her original concept is that she's a bio-experiment so she is supposed to kill the original bloodline so they won't rebel for what the Village did in the past. And also, she a more defensive and the closest offensive thing she can do is trap you in solid ice or hit you with a solid ice blade/club. Mortal enemies yet both want people to see them.... what a plot!

MakesYouRage Reservoir of Memory Sanshi, Sanari, I don't think it is open to debate, a comment or concern is posted in the thread for such matters, and when a mod says they are busy, you say, "Thank in advance for any consideration you may give it." Bow and walk away. It's how it works in the dojo I don't see my a guild is any different. You don't argue or disagree with the upper ranks, you ask for help and thank them politely whether any is given or not. I think I love you. Marry me and we will have children....of the funk. In all seriousness, everyone, even mods have to look higher up the echelon before we go and do whatever we want. We can't just just follow every suggestion and just do it. On top of that, mods have real lives. (That's a shocker) Theat's a good enough reason in itself, but Aaron is right, Chunnin exam prep is under way so our attention is mostly focused on that. On the other hand we are developing a chakra system that we want to get out before the exams. Be patient, we will get to it eventually. We mods want to RP at some point too. xD So long as we name the first born girl, Belladonna Jasmine... *laugh* Exactly why you don't push, they are stuck doing the exact same thing you are, looking to a higher power for confirmation. I have a master To-Do-List thread in my Mod Sub-Forum that is quite literally 11 pages long... and I rewrite it once a month posting only those things remaining undone. Not to mention college will eat your soul, social life and any time you have reserved for basic bodily fuctions, such as eating, sleeping and bathing... Chunin Exams will also REMAIN the main topic of focus or I can think of several Genin who would like to move on to new jutsus and missions etc., who would kill you if you distracted the mods from the Exams. Sera, peaceable girl that she is would not kill you... Me who is tired of the limited selection of jutsus and have other plans that require her moving past Genin would how ever recite quite grphically how I tear you limb from limb, since I can't actually smack you. Or your RPC. So... Love and kisses, and remember no matter what their response, "*Bow* Thank you for all you do, Sensei..." and walk away! Either they do it or they've got other/better things to do.
