As far as I know... I watch all my anime online. I just find the good sites or my friends recommend them. My most recently watched anime is Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro

Its like a detective anime, well it is a detective anime, but with a twist the demon detective eats the mysteries once they have been completed and well its really funny cause the guy in the Japanese seiyuu's does the same one for Pesche (Nel's fraccion) He is really awesome.

You can if you watch the subtitled versions. Granted you can't hear anything but you at least can follow the story. Even if you didn't want to do that you can always read the manga, which is much farther along in the story line.
