Mizu smiled cheerfully. "I'm glad you are pleased Jusu-sama," she said softly, refilling his cup of sake.
((so far I think we've played a few rounds of big liar, moved on to a dessert of sakura mochi, and gained a new patron, Aidan-sama. hope that helps...^-^))

*as Jusu sees Mizu refill his cup, he lifts his left hand and gently waves it at her*
Thank you, but no more sake for me, miss. I've had too much of it, as you probably can see hehe...
*Mizu can see that his cheeks are blushed red and he is sitting a bit unsteadily, still under the affects of the alcohol*

Sayuri smiled towards Jusu. "I see that the effects of sake are not ones to escape even the toughest of men," Sayuri teased.
Sayuri took the pot of water from earlier and poured Jusu a clean cup of it for him to stir in his herbs.
"I hope you are enjoying yourself so far, Jusu-sama. If you'd like, I could escort you to the inn later," Sayuri offered, accidently brushing Jusu's leg with her leg as she sat the cup in front of him. She pulled back calmly and a blush rose to her cheeks girlishly.

"Please excuse me I'd like to get some freash air."
Makoto stood up and bowed her head to the crowd she walked out side taking a deep breath. She looked around and just so happened to look down, she jumpped about at that animal laying near the door.
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to disterb you. Your master must be inside. Just a moment I'll get you some water and perhaps some of the uncooked pork we have."
Makoto hurried inside and into the kitchen she pulled out a bowl and filled it with water and then took a slab of the uncooked meat and rushed back outside setting it out side for the pet.
"Here you go. Oh and um...lets see I guess I could practice with you: "Greetings, It is my pleasure to have you here, honored guest. My name is Makoto. I am a lowly maiko from Hinohasu okiya and thus beg your indulgence. It is a pleasure for me to attend to you tonight. Is there anything you'd like?" She then bowed her head again.

*Jusu accepts the cup of clean water with a warm smile and a nice bow to Sayuri, before taking some herbs and starting to stir them into it, not noticing that their legs are touching against each other*

*after the herbs are mixed and the nectar is glowing turquoise blue, Jusu takes a sip from it before nodding to answer Sayuris suggestion*
Yes, I'd be glad to stay in an inn for this night. But I still feel that the night is young, so we all still have time, am I right?

"Of course, Jusu-san!" Sayuri replied. "I wouldn't put you to bed so early. After all, I am far from being your mother."
Sayuri perked as she thought of an idea. "I know! Why don't we have two of our maiko perform a dance! I'll accompany on shamisen and I'm sure Kyoku-san would love to accompany as well. Who will dance for us?"
Sayuri looked over towards her Imouto-chan. Her little apprentice. She hoped that the maiko would take the chance to get up and show off her skills.

Kyoku kneeled before the shoji screen door before sliding them open and slipping inside the room. "Konnichiwa!" She bowed slowly to everyone and sat up. "Mind if i join you all then? And you know very well i havent touched a shamisen in months Sayuri-san!"

"Oh, Kyoku-chan...you are too modest! Come now! It is a known fact that you were the top shamisen player amongst your geisha class, as well as the top dancer. You could no sooner forget how to play the shamisen beautifully than you could forget how to dance," Sayuri pleaded. "Please, help me accompany two talented maiko in their dance."

Nitta laughed at the exchange between Sayuri and Kyoku.
"Oh Kyoku-san, with your skills? It wouldn't matter if you hadn't played in years! Come on, do play!" Nitta encouraged her friend.
"And who will dance?" Nitta cast a smile to the maiko in the room.

Sayuri motioned for a maid to come and bring their shamisen from their okiya.
"See? Now you have no choice! Fate has brought a maid who knows both our okiya. She will return shortly with our shamisen," Sayuri explained with glee. "It is good to have a chance to perform with my Onee-sama once more."

Ayami, the hair ornament specialist at the new salon in town, gently entered the room with a smile. "Excuse me," she began softly, "If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could I speak with Nitta-sama for a moment?"

Kyoku blushed and tugged a bit at her sleeves. "I see i really have no choice then! I think i may have taught you to well Sayuri-san! So which maiko is brave enough to dance then?"

Mizu paled noticeably before turning bright red from the sudden attention. "Onee-sama, Tora-chan should be the one of us two dancing...she's the senior maiko after all..." Mizu interjected.
