"They haven't moved on" Yawgmoth answered sternly "There is an essence in every living creature, a soul if you want to call it that. Like a fish it can be caught with the right bait and we have become a champion fisherman of sorts..." He finished with a sly grin that showed one gleaming fang. Clearly he meant he had somehow imprisoned this persons soul somehow someway and prevented this person from passing onto peace. "Our victims will learn the errors of their ways in the next life, tormented so long as we breathe for our own amusement. As for what we plan to do with this ...thing." Yawgmoth said scratching his chin with his right hand slowly dragging his slightly elongated fingernails over his smooth skin. "Well...we don't think we'll spoil the fun for you. Why not watch and learn." He suggested dragging the corpse up on two feet holding it, it fell limply in his grimp but still seemed almost alive for a moment positioned on its feet like it was standing. "The cycle of life is what we plan to do, complete the cycle rather. What happens, when an animal dies in the wild of natural or unnatural causes? What happens to the body?" Yawgmoth said planning to answer Ziven's question with one of his own.

Giving Yawgmoth a fierce look, she crossed her arms and inhaled deeply. "It rests above the ground until it decomposes or is eaten .." she trailed off, as a horrid thought crossed her mind.

"Yes. The correct answer we were looking for was the last part of your response. And that expression is almost cute, for a moment you actually looked as though you were going to detest our actions." He said in a taunting manner with a chuckle before his eyes seemed to roll back in his head, the thick crimson red slivering down to a thin line, like a serpents eyes with the same color he had before. His jaw seemed...to grossly unhinge from itself and open to a grotesque state to where she could see his long forked tongue and each and every sharp tooth. A disembodied voice spoke that sounded like it was coming from Yawgmoth's mouth though no movement proved such "Now would be the part to turn away...." But Yawgmoth, wanting to..'initiae' the new girl didn't wait for her to turn away. His grotesquely hung open jaw swallowed the head of the corpse whole and then clamp down with a massive form devouring the head directly from its shoulders. The crazed hungered look in Yawgmoth's eyes was sure to leave more than its mark upon most anyone who watched him. After finishing the head and eating every bit of it, including smashing the bones between his powerful jaws it seemed his eyes returned to their normal appearence and his jaw corrected itself. He let the headless corpse fall to the ground with a thud fresh blood spilling from its neck with the same substance running over the bottom half of his mouth down his chin. With no more thought Yawgmoth gave a maddening cackling laughter that was sure to send shivers of dread through most being's spines.

Ziven turned away just in time so as not to see Yawgmoth devour the person he had brought in. Some bring their lunch in a neat little box .. others bring a fresh kill in this bizare place. Though she did not approve of what was happening, she realized it could be worse .. he could offer to share. The thought of this made her feel sick to her stomach and before she realized what it was, the scent of the mans blood met her senses and she could bear it no longer. Nearly collapsing from the overwhelming combination of sight and smell, she quickly seated herself on a stool, leaning against the bar, still facing away from the carnage behind her.
"You enjoy this?"

Yawgmoth barbarically wiped his mouth clean with his arm and left the bleeding corpse on the floor. A hoard of black tendrils rose up from the ground and devoured the corpse for him, or so it seemed. The girl didn't have to know any different. "Don't all predators enjoy eating their prey?" Yawgmoth questioned. "We see you do not approve. You must be like him, you must be human..filthy disgusting creatures the lot of you" he insulted in a mocking tone crossing his huge arms over his great broad chest, his playful and disturbingly happy expression turning sour very quickly.

At that moment, she felt as though she had been plunged in to ice cold water. The things he spoke of she did not understand, but had only observed traits like this in others from time to time before. But never like this, never this forcefully.
"I have never known the feeling of satisfaction when taking the life of another - beast or man. Instead, I feel remorse for my action. I am compelled to understand why persons such as yourself enjoy this action. However I now see a new trait I wish to understand .. the desire to take an action that you feel others will not approve of in a manner that challenges them to judge you. No matter what, it always seems to be a win-win situation for you... she paused for a moment and seemed to shrink against the bar, as if she were expecting the entire building to fall upon her at any moment. "For someone such as myself, damned if you do damned if you don't. I can only hope that you do not allow yourself to judge another based on appearance as you have just deemed unacceptable in the one you have taught this to tonight."

"It is because you are weak. The emotion of regret for taking the life of an inferior is a signal of your feebleness as a living creature. It is our purpose. We are evil by all definitions, and evil does what only evil knows how and enjoys doing that very much. For as long as we have existed we have killed countless, piled bodies so high you could climb to the heavens on their lifeless backs!" He said with a bright evil smile staring at the girl with each word his deep crimson red eyes seemed to glow. "We are judgement. The strong will live. The weak shall die. Judged weak, and die. That is the law of nature, the law of the universe, the law of Yawgmoth. We will kill whoever we want, whenever we want so long as it is within our power to do so. It is because we are the strongest, that we live. And they die, weak and feeble, beaten and broken and feed us. Feed the strong. We are doing what evil knows, and what nature intends..."

Slowly she felt her strength return somewhat. Yawgmoths words washed over her and felt as if she almost understood where he was comming from. But ... then she realized it was not relief that swept over her. Instead a strong sense of irritation and frustration surfaced.
"Of course I am weak." she said sharply, irritation was clear in her voice. "But I wonder .. Are there none you hold dear to you? What you would do if another were to judge someone you held dear in the same manner you judge others." as she said this she turned in her seat, leaning back slightly, the small of her back pressed against the bar, enough to see Yawgmoth from the corner of her eye, but not enough to view him directly.

Yawgmoth seemed to ponder for a moment "Only two we hold dear. Our son, is even stronger than we are, he however is a pacifist and even so. If anyone was able to best him than they damn well deserve too. Right now he's the single most powerful entity in all existance. As for our Crow, she is our Dark Queen. Crow has her methods of survival. If some creature were to judge crow, and take her from us. A wrath the likes of which the universe has never seen before will flow and revenge is ours." Yawgmoth explained. He made it all...so...simple. Death, life, revenge that was all he saw things as. "The strong live to reap revenge the weak cower and cry from their losses." He said sitting down at the bar propping his elbows up on the table with a bored sigh.

"Curious how these things which are so complicated can be simplified in to such a small explanation. And how one such as yourself can find this all mundane. Curious and long must be the tale of your travels."she had not realized how tiring the day had been. Though it had started slow, seemed quiet, she felt that she had found the event she was lookin for to make that day complete. "Am I free to leave this place? I grow weary from a long day, from long travels ..."

"Why are you asking us? We do not own you....yet" Yawgmoth said with a taunt as he rose from his seat with a strech. "We have a meal to finish anyway" Yawgmoth gave a polite wave with one hand as his tall form descended a dark stone stairwell that lead into an abyssmal black. It was the stairwell that connected Mistress Crow's dungeon to the mainroom and Yawgmoth was retiring to his home with his beloved for the evening.

With a quiet sigh of relief, she too exited the room. Into the night she wandered to find a place to rest ans be alone with her thoughts.

* Ali gave a small smirk while he rested his feet up onto the bar caonter and sipped on his drink from time to time, The voice that rung just a while ago within must've been none other then Mal. Crows first and pehaps unknown husband. Ali couldn't help but stay amused by his word behind the scennes in hope that he'd be able to get close to Crow, even if he did how would he know she wanted him back.*Oh Mal, you patethic creature you...how i pity your blindness and obsession* Ali raised his glass and tok yet another sip, placing a mockeing toast to Mal's "honor".*

The time will come, I've taken her before, I'll take her back once more. She knows what flows through her veins. I bide my time as everything falls into place. His voice spoke to the soul of the one His Crow has called friend.
