Tanaii lol, I have to jump in on the Babalonian thing. OK, so what if the Babalonian scriptures came first? IF a flood happened (which I believe) ALL people would tell all of their children about it. So the time period it's written in, wouldn't matter. You could argue that the Bible stole it from the Babalonians but there is no proof of that. So what if they came first? That's the whole point of my argument. The time period was before that of the Bible's and the events are so similar that the odds of the exact same thing happening in around the same reagion are slim to none. Take into account that alot of Babalonians became ROMANS down the road and obviously a story of this magnitude would pass down and eventually be put with a moral spin on it. Don't sin or God will flood the world and only the Holiest shall survive? Doesn't sound like the 'forever forgiving nothing but love' God I read about.
It basically come down to that the Old Testament is the beliefs of an olden time where you could sell your daughter to slavery, or murder someone who did a petty crime. While the new testament was written by religious hippes that believe, love they brother and the earth is your friend. Two conflicting beliefs in the same book? Different authors? Happened 2000 years after most the events?
And yes I am quoting the Bible, but not for that reason. This exact same quote is in one of my favorite movies, Pulp Fiction. The character Jules, played my Sam Jackson, sermons it to a guy before he kills him. ^_^

It seems I have a lot to read....including an interesting description of one of my characters.Though Xol that exact reason is why he pawned it off on Mastema within a couple of hours.Twas all part of his plan. However as we all know I've long since put those characters to rest eternally. And on the basis that God would act as you say Xol,is why I WOULD have had The Master flee to never return or be killed as well. However, there was a lot of talk over everything and they found their answer.I'm just waiting,in the OOC threads to see how it all ends.Until then I won't be RP-ing...just to help keep everything cleared up.
