Kira, that almost just brought a tear to my eye. I've been on Gaia since 2005, but this event was by far my favorite, being the conduit for me making *gasp* actual friends.

Awww heya Jeayla!!! It's great to see you - and your avatar looking so gorgeous, too! And it's true, I think the event was by far the best. I've barely participated in anything since because everything pales in comparison blaugh ACTUAL FRIENDS ftw!! FEEEEELS GOOOOOOOD MANNNNNN!!

@Driving: And now even BAPP can drive? Now I really feel old, as if being on the edge of graduating highschool and college (2-year degree) didn't make me feel old enough.

@Mabo - I missed getting it free too. However, I was able to buy it for fairly cheap on the marketplace. Only cost me like 2k gold, and there were several listings last I saw... (maybe former SINners who don't care about the BOO skin)

On an unrelated note, when the heck did the Overseer doll (pictured in my oh-so-fancy left hand) shoot up to 2.5mil gold? Has there been even more crazy inflation than usual?

Everybody's lives have advanced so muchhhhh. The year of the event and the guild starting, I had so much time to devote to it because my school had closed down, so I was finishing my A-levels by myself. I was... 17? I'm nearly 21 now. It was surprisingly stressful work trying to implement everything I wanted to. Lots of long hours. Then I got very sick after my exams that summer. Stress-related virus followed by postviral fatigue.
At the time it seemed like it would never end, but now it seems like another life entirely sweatdrop
BTW, we have an open join request!! Let's see what we've got here...
