Tin | Attach an explosive tag on each arrow. Or use Burning Ash Accumulation from Hidden Leaf and put the stuff in a jar then attach it to the arrow. BOOM! That seems like a cool idea. >.>

I'm thinking about the Quincy weapon, Seele Schneider from Bleach.
a hilt that once activates is actually hundreds to thousands of reishi (Bleach term for chakra) particles that are from the environment that are channeled into the form of a single blade. This blade is actually a giant chainsaw because the vibrating particles move at 1000x normal speed. The hilt/Seele Schneider serves as 2 purposes, to cut the opponent and to sap them of their own reishi since the blade will cut through anything filled with reishi and absorb it as its own..
The blade may look like a blade, but it's actually an arrow and the Quincy only use bows as their weapons.

The Seele Schneider is a portable arrow that doubles as a sword in melee combat. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies (rotating the spirit particles at 3,000,000 times a second), loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles and use them to make their attacks that much stronger.
