The good ones help you sleep, it is the chamomile, and sometimes lavender that does it.

I don't quite remember what it has but I think it did have chamomile. I thought I might as well try it since I've been sleeping so lightly recently.

Lavendar is my best friend for falling alseep, besides my fluff ball. I have a little pillow that's been stuffed with fresh lavendar I put right in front of my nose almost everynight and it helps alot. I also have this lavendar cream you put on certain pressure points on your body to relieve tension naturally. Like on your temples, your neck, your wrist, etc. It's cool and it works. Unfortunately some people are allergic to Lavendar, but they can always go toward vanilla, warm vanilla.

Yeah the snow ploughs did that last night but I've been sleeping really lightly the last few weeks. I don't know why though. I just wake up many times a night without any real reason. I don't seem to fall in very deep sleep.

I don't seem to fall in very deep sleep. Adam has been having that problem to, he has not been sleeping well.

This is honey butter and I don't feel like making bread right now, maybe later though.
