Ryssa- Sansa sits there with a bit of an annoyed look on her face as she looks at the card. "Well, you say that...but Takaku likes his games, so my literal response is and has to be 'what cards?'" Sansa answers with a groan. "And for the most part...yes. There are some among us who aren't Nalizarins...this ship's captain for example, Merin, quite a few others. If they die here they become Nalizarins...save for Merin, he kinda just dies, not that any of us would really complain so long as the new keeper isn't as horrid with their night creatures."

Finn- Starania looks at the wound and shakes her head a bit. "At least you didn't get enough of the poison to start wigging out too. This is going to burn..." Starania warns, kneeling down on the floor in front of him. She runs her tongue along the edges of the wound, her saliva burning his wound but stops the bleeding. She takes a deep breath now that the fresh blood has stopped oozing from his wound, and rests her head on his lap, dosing off right there on the floor.

I pull her onto the bed with me so she can sleep a little easier.

-]Ryssa was glad to hear that the girl wasn't simply a great actor. She seemed to be going at this so easily because it was a natural response. This was a good sign, in Ryssa's opinion. "Oh yes, we've certainly got the time," she said "I wouldn't mind making what we've got here a 'thing'....So what do you want to know about me?" Ryssa tucked her arms around the girl, getting comfortable.[-

-]Ryssa relaxed completely, the gentle stroking putting her at ease. At the girl's question though, she tensed up a little. "Well, to put it simply, a magic ritual," she said, "When I was younger, I did the ritual to prove my devotion to a god who helped me out of a....tough situation." She was clearly not very comfortable talking about this.[-

-]Ryssa shook her head no, and then she gave the girl's chest a light kiss. "No, but oddly enough, being here makes me feel more connected to him than I have in years..." The thought made her smile a bit. "He is a god of serpents a poison...and the ritual I mentioned altered my body to exist in his image." A hissing sound emanated from Ryssa's glaive, and Porassa slithered down the shaft, making its way over. It slithered up Ryssa's body to rest on her shoulder and she said, "This is Porassa, my oldest friend."[-

-]The snake glanced at Ryssa when the hand reached for it's head and then nuzzled it like a pet being given attention. "Well that's understandable....I mean, you give off the feel of someone who's been in this world for a while." When Porassa had his fill of the petting, he flew back over to the glaive and became one with it once more. "But yes, poison...."[-

-]"Honestly, I couldn't say," Ryssa answered, trailing her fingers over the girl's body, "I've never been to his realm. In my world, people don't usually travel to the realms of the deities outside of death....and Death is no something I'm particularly keen on meeting."[-

-]"Well from what I've heard from your leader," she replied, teasing the ticklish spot a bit more, "staying here like that would mean I'd have to change the way I look again, and I'm pretty comfortable with my current form."[-
