With a shrug, Seth followed the direction of her gaze. Then he noticed the way she looked at him and her appraisal despite being brief left him with even more of a hunted feeling than Gabriel did. "I don't have the energy to heal myself at the moment. He is looking for food to shove into my system and whatnot then after-wards will probably heal my wounds for me, and send me to bed to rest for his explosion of fury at a later date." he concluded softly, a slight smile playing about his lips.

Ivy glanced back at Seth, her brow lifted in curiosity. "Explosion of fury?" she repeated. "What did you do to deserve one of those?"

With a wicked grin, Seth turned toward the demon, his eyes dancing with laughter. "I think a more apt question Ivy would be what havn't I done." he answered with a soft chuckle. "That's alright though. You're forgiven, you have been gone an awefully long time, thus you had no way of knowing."

Ivy snorted. "Right. Well, have a nice dinner and try not to make him too angry." she said, then turned and strolled out of the lounge, headed for her room.

With another chuckle, Seth watched ivory leave and shook his head. Some things really did never change. Gabriel and Ivory seemed to have that domain completely covered. Lucid? Well to be honest the ancient was always puling one surprise after another out of his a**. Just when you thought you were beginning to understand the vampire, he changes things up on you. Leaning forward, he rested his head on his hands and waited for his fathers return. Silently hoping that Lucid would remember he was a dragon demon and preferred to eat meat.

Lucid stepped out of the kitchen a moment later, carrying a huge plate with several large chunks of deer on it. He'd been saving these for a special occasion, but it seemed they were necessary now. Setting the plate in front of Seth, he frowned slightly. "You had better eat it all too." he said after a moment. "Or I'll shove it down your throat."

Seth breathed a sigh of relief and eyes the chunks before reaching for one and tearing into it. He was rather ravenously now that he thought about it. Not really worried about his fathers threat he tilted his head and was thinking of some kind of reply when the cry of his falcon pierced the silence. Talon...and where their was Talon...there was Julian. One more of the Drevan boys to make his way home. Deciding it might be more prudent to distract the ancient, Seth kept eating, though he kept his pace slow. "Shove it down my throat huh? Sure.."

Streaking over the plains, Julian's form was nothing but a blur of movement through the tall grass. His task had not been easy. If anything he had been surprised by the challenge it had provided and had found himself injured for the first time in a long time. But now, having fed and dealt with his wounds, he knew he needed to report what he had found to the others. Hopefully Gabe had returned. He knew Seth had, Talon had assured him of that. Seth had loaned the falcon to him and once again Julian had been surprised by how helpful one small feathered companion could be. Hmmm...I'll have to remember to think Seth, he thought absently, slowing his speed once he reached the outskirts of the Haven. He could take his time now...he was close enough to home.

Incoming message. . .
Gabriel shifted his wings slightly, catching an updraft that took him higher. He was over the plains now, he was sure of it. The ground below was waving gently back and forth except for one dark blotch. He tilted his wings, lowering his altitude until he could make out the blotch. Smiling to himself, he shot downward with a burst of speed, curling his wings in toward his body. As he reached the ground, he unfurled his wings again, swooping up slightly to even himself out with the ground. "Julian!" he called, pumping his wings hard to propell himself forward. "Any luck?" Gabriel hadn't had much luck, other that finding a bunch of information that they already had. They knew that there were vampires after Lyra, and that the vamps were hiring human bounty hunters and the like to track her down. Other than this, he'd only hit dead ends. He only hoped the others had been luckier in their search.
End of message.

Lucid gave Seth a glare. "You don't think I can do it?" he asked, cocking a brow at the man. "Keep in mind that I'm faster than you are, Son."

Julian tilted his head and looked toward the demons flight with a slight smile. "Hey...a bit. How about you?" he called back, his eyes looking over the other males form for any signs of injuries. He doubted it though, of the three of them Seth was the one who was unable to self heal really. Hell, Gabriel tended to heal faster than he did most of the time.

Seth simply shook his head and continued eating, not really wanting to push his father so far as to tempt him to prove his point.

Incoming message. . .
Slowing his momentum, he dropped to the ground beside the vampire, shrugging his shoulders lightly. "I really didn't find out much that we don't already know." he said. "But I do know that a group of riders passed through the City a few days ago looking for a girl with a mark on her head. Could be Lyra they were looking for." He flicked his tail, folding his wings along his back. He wore his leather pants, as always, though they were accompanied by a silver chain belt and a fishnet top. He had his collar on, as usual, the tags gleaming in the dim light. He tucked his hands into the pockets of his pants and sighed. "Do you think they'll figure out that she's at the Haven?" he asked quietly.
End of message.

Julian didn't pause in his stride but continued to move toward the haven, his gaze flicking over to meet the demons for a moment. "No doubt. Many groups have been hired, many. Of course some are better than others, some have more info, some know little to nothing. I found the reason for so many groups to take it on faith that should they succeed they will be paid. Reason, the ones promising the pay are a group of five, and while three of them remain a mystery, one is a High Lord from the Elverian court, and another is a prominent member of the vampirian council." he stated quietly, wondering if the demon would understand the significance of the statement.

In a small puff of purple, Jasmine smelling smoke, a figure sprawls upon the floor of a chamber. Dressed in what appears to be a full blown Fool's outfit, complete with bells, the figure clatters on the floor with not so much grace. "Bloody hell, that was a trip!", the masked fool said, as he got up from the cold stone. A peculiar beeping could be hear from the palm of his hand, as a small metal square began to blink up at the pale face. "Oy, i think it's borked. Just great, I try to get to England, and it drops me in some god... forsaken...". The figure slowly grows silent, as it begins to look around the room. "Well, it's not ALL bad. Kinda poshe, actually. Better here than nowhere, I always say 'giggle'." Anyone who would have been close enough to hear the random laughter would have noticed a touch of madness hidden behind the mirth. The jester-ish figure then plopped himself down on the bed that was in the center of the room, and stretched out. "Well, this is certainly the life. Wonder where I am, anyway?"
