Bounds | What did you use the God Art of Decay for when you used it the first time? Devoker's wheels? In that case he can no longer use them because they will, if they haven't, shatter once he tries to use them. God Art of Decay is a very powerful move. Also, you both are using a lot of chakra. If you guys don't watch it you could die in your little... spar?
Devoker | Done... the lazy way. I put that detail in the rasengan and chidori, which you have to read and learn before you can use the others. Um, sum up what is happening from after my post with my six characters.

Bounds | Not exactly. It gave an example. You focus on a specific target and can use the technique on said target at range. It's a range form of Art of Decay. It allows you to use the technique without the use of your hands or physical touch. Well then his skates are either destroyed or are going to be destroyed fro that attack. Or if you cast it on him then his chakra is zapped, making it difficult to perform techniques requiring precise focus. You could have knocked him out of focus when he was using the move where needed to remain still.

Well, I would have been sure to take out Devoker's skates so all of his skate involved moves would no longer work. Without the skates those moves of his wouldn't work. That's why I approved. If I can find a way --not exactly with my rpcs but with moves lying around the guild along with combos-- around the moves then I will approve them. That's the only way I know how to approve or deny a move. -shrugs-
