I honestly don't care about timelines, HoH seems to have thrown a big old wrench in those gears anyway seeing as its set like a year in the future or something silly like that.

It's not as if much was happening the other 10 months of the year. Or that if a particular RP is engaging enough that it shouldn't be derailed by a tournament that requires two people to be online at the same time for a lot of attention to be diverted.

The only thing that dies here is the OOC.

All I'm saying is people had alot of current timeline stuff going on right now and HoH might mess that up by being set a year ahead of all that stuff because it means a number of things like:
a) Everyone participating now has to make sure that their character survives the current year
b) on top of that they also have to make sure their character doesn't change drastically or gain any new skills they don't have in HoH and
c) any changes they expirience in HoH aren't accidentally translated into their current rp timelines
d) if your character dies in HoH you still have to live out the next year knowing how your character is going to die anyway despite anything you might do.

As for the rest, people are more then willing to screw up their own time lines without help from a tournament. This time round, it really is just an excuse.

And Hono: Don't get like that. Actually think about it, realize that I've been told "Well I can do better then you, that's nothing, why are you complaining when my s**t is oh so worse." Every. Single. Day. For the past half a year.

Yes. I know a lot of people have it worse or the same as me and are succeeding. It's not something I really need rubbed in my face right now.

Edit: LASTLY. I think the fact that a whole bunch of people posted, proves that more people are paying attention then all of you want to believe, they just don't feel the need to post in the OOC. Probably with good reason.
