If I'm not mistaken, a squadron is twelve fighters, and a wing is six squadrons. 3nodding

FrozenPhoenix32 Durza the Shade Slow day in the guild. I do wish I had enough time to RP, because when you all are involved in a big endgame like this, not much else happens. Course, I wish I had enough time for a lot of things. I know, you were gone for a loooong time last year. And then next year is college right? That vile b*****d college...it took Aldaron from us. Yeah, marching band swallows time like a Sarlaac swallows henchmen. Depending on which college I choose, that might happen again. I'm looking forward to college itself, though, because of the abundance of wireless internet on campuses these days. One of my main choices actually requires all students to get a laptop.

Hmm...at least twenty fighters to a decent sized convoy? I mean, fitted on to brackets, they'd still be tiny compared to a bulk hauler, right? Same goes for putting them inside.
As to the number...well, they're certainly quite nasty, but after all... "Ve are building them like sausages!" *slams shoe on table* "And ve vill bury you."
Umm...five bombers and fifteen interceptors?

So, just to sum it all up, here's a breakdown:
1 wingpair = 2 fighters
1 flight = 2 wingpairs = 4 fighters
1 squadron = 3 flights = 12 fighters
1 wing = 3 squadrons = 36 fighters
The largest grouping is 12 squadrons, I think, but I can't remember the term for that.

Cale Darksun "Group"? Referencing Battle of endor. Maybe, but I don't think that's the official term.
