Aww man. The new training abuse sucks, it takes out all the fun in offline rping. So if I wanted to learn a jutsu from every village I would have to go to every single one. That bytes~(My opinion)

It has its advantages. But a mainly offline Roleplayer, that would prove most aggravating when you wish to learn multiple techniques from all over the place. And what if it is only one jutsu that you wish to earn from that place....well i will be back, going out

Reaver Darkside is Questing...Then go to the village, learn just that one technique, and move. Use the next paragraphs to learn the techniques in the next. Duh.A moderator, or Green, to speak with~

lol...
what you do is.. you learn ONLY from that village..
that is what I did.. I had extra lines though so I ended up having to go to Hidden Leaf to cash in there O:
so it all works out..
the only time you don't have to be in an area to get the jutsu is free giveaways.. I've seen people use the 10k from the wedding on Afterlife techniques..

Reaver: 3nodding
That is how you bypass the rule of learning from another village without actually being there..
another thing that is not being told is this little trick.
If you are RPing for fun and you don't really have a jutsu you want to learn at the moment and just have a word count you can do
Ex: 4,000/?
the question mark means you're still undecided on where to place your words so you can go and choose were you want those words to be placed based on where you've RPed thus far since your last update. So you can't learn techniques from a place if you've never been there >>;

But too much bouncing around with one huge running tally seems like it would be a bit of a hassle, both to keep track of, and for the mods to check.
