Jarlaxle looked at the man, he released the girl slowly and drew out two daggers. "I guess you think that you can stop me?" Jarlaxle smiled, "I may not be able to kill you, but you most certainly cannot kill me. You couldn't even protect yourself from that Blue Skinned Efl."

She could not handle a crying doe right now and she shook her head. "Don't cry, there are better things to do in this situation than cry little one." Her eyes located a corridor that she hadn't seen before, hidden in the shadows she'd probably walked past a half dozen times. She ducked into the narrow hallway and found that the floor sloped heading down. It was dark but that dind't bother her, except the slithering sounds she heard. Rustlings of creepy things that thrived in darkness. She made her way down and blessedly nothing messed with her though she swore she could feel hot breath on the back of her neck numerous times. "Can you walk?" she asked the doe then settled her on her feet. There was no way she could carry her and fight off anything at the same time and she was damn tired of running. "If not I"ll toss you over my shoulder but I think you can. come on." She headed off, the doe could follow and be protected or stay behind. Zahara was past the point of caring. She located a door at the end of the corridor shoving her daggers into the area before her just to make sure and kicked it open. Must be a test lab. There was a cold metal table with a half formed....what the hell was that thing anyway? She didn't know but she shoved her daggers into it's skull just to make sure the thing was dead or well...what was the term for killing an undead anyway? Her eyes scanned the room, locating various sorts of instruments she would not want to see used and she began to overturn tables and toss vials against the wall. Anything to get out her rage at being lost in this place.

Catawa setteld a little bit at Keirna's touch. "Yeah. That's Dimitri" How do you kill this man? She had fought him over a thousand years ago, and here she was, facing him again, when she had thought for certian that he was dead. "I admit Kieran, that I do not know how to attack this man. Only Ton could even come close to beating him."
She was set down, and she leaned her head agianst the wall. Strangly enoguh, she was taking comfort in the fact that she had soemthing wrapped around her. She closed her eyes, and decided to enjoy that before she was taken again.
Quite the contrary, not so welcome guest. Malik did exactly what I needed him to do." Wheels turned. Good, live drow genetics versus a dead body. Hmm. "But, if you leave now, I might let you get to the exit alive." He rested his hand on his sword.
Right Hand tucked the rod under Piper's chin, lifting it up to meet his eyes. The rod sent a quick jolt of pain through her body. "That Laudi woman didn't give me much sport, you know. She burned out pretty quickly. Let's hope you are more....enjoyable." Hand against her throat, rod against her chin, he pushed her against the wall, hands grabbing at places they shouldn't.
The doe was set on the flor, and she watched the drow ahead of her walk away beofre hurredly running to catch up, hooves clacking on the floor. She watched with child innoncence as the room they were in was slowly trashed.

Jarlaxle shrugged, "I know better than to trust anyone." He smiled, "Besides, its been too long since I last fought a Demi-god." His left hand was still less than perfect, "Lucky for you, I wont be fighting at my fullest potential." HE tosed his left dagger at the lich's head, and dropped his hand to his belt and swooped around, his portable hole swallowing Meilikki. She'd have enough air for ten minutes. His right hand turned, the dagger pointed towards the lich ready to fly, or intercet the first dagger.

"Come on, let's go." She found another door on the other side of the room, walking through that and into another strange room but she completely ignored the things in here and kept right on walking. A slow enough place to keep the doe with her but fast enough that she was making some real progress. Another sloping hallway and she kept walking down, her boots clattering on the stone as she made her way deeper into the bowels of the castle. Where was she going? She didn't have a clue but she was going to find the rest of the group. It was just a matter of time. It was strange that nothing had ambushed her yet though...if Dimitri was still playing with her head, shouldn't he have sent something after her by now...? Uneasiness slid through her and she snapped her fingers. "come on little one. Keep up."

Well...they found the foe. But Kieran wasn't well versed in lich killing now was he. Perhaps another approach. "If we cannot attack directly then we strike indirectly...or attack in mob mentality. Perhaps we can find a way to diminish his power some down here. And idea on that Catawa? You seem to know more of this than a mere creation."
She cringed the jolt, her body tingling in the bad way from the sensation fo the jolt, electric seeming in nature. Piper shook her head, as pain piled on top of pain. At least her throat was spared from being crushed, her collar proving useful once more in these types of situations. She was sure her neck would of been broken by now if it wasn't for that thing. Another cough at him, glaring. Though when he started pawing at her...she wasn't having any of that. A foot hooked his ankle and yanked, triping him to the floor, but of course being in his hold that brought her down too on top of him as he fell back both hitting the floor with a thud. "In your dreams, human..." That said she took to trying to pull out of his grasp, trying to get her feet up under her so she could get leverage.

"Oh well. Dead is just as good." He paid the threat no mind, and dodged the dagger easily. He contemplated just sqeezing this drow's heart till it burst, but then, a good fight would be nice. Not like that silly thing with the Tier'Dal. It made him swhat ticked that Meilikki suddenly disapeared on him, though her had what he needed from her, he wanted to eventually kill her.
His sword came down, knocking aside the other dagger, he closed the gap between them quickly, a few thrust had the drow backing agianst the wall.
Some fancy moves on both parts followed, back and forth movement, most of it too quick to understand with the eye.
The doe pulled on Zahara's hand, smelling things she didn't like. She shook her head violently. No! I don't want to go over there! The only thing that came out of her mouth though was "Naaa! Naaa!"
Catawa looked at Kieran. "Let's just say that I'm fond of death, since I've been there and kind of wanted to stay there." He tail flicked back and for neverously. "The best thing we could do is try to distract him enough that the drow out there can hit him good. Then the only thing we can do after that is run." She sighed. "There is no one alive that can take down this man."
He laughed when they fell to floor, and he simply rolled on top of her, crushing her to the floor. "Oh this is much more enjoyable." The rod was placed in his teeth, one hand clasped both her wrists abovce her head, the other began fidgiten with the clasps and buckles on her clothes. Occasionally, he would press the rod agaisnt her throat.

Jarlaxle was evading the attacks with percice movements. His body reacted to the attacks almsot as soon as they were made, faints were completely ignored. HIs right hand held a dagger which quickly became a sword, the wall creep up behind him, Jarlaxle smiled. In a reverse of motion, Jarlaxle was on the attack, but only he would know that. The Lich seemed to be the driving force behind the combat, but little did he suspect the fullness of this drow as an apponent.
Smiling wickedly, Jarlaxle tumbled up eh wall after a failed thrust from Dimitri, and kicked off knocking the sword out wide with his left hand which now held a dagger. His sword arm cut across horizontally, cleaving Dimitri's skull in half just above the bridge of the nose. Shooting out behind the lich in a quasi-twirle, the drow tossed five daggers from his left hand, each one knocking the top part of the head higher into the air, until he fifth dagger pinned it to the wall, about ten feet up. The drow's right hand stabbed into the base of the skull, and pinned the lower jaw down.
Landing five feet from where he started, Jarlaxle released the sword and flipped away from Dimitri, constantly throwing daggers at his hands, and head. Within six seconds, Jarlaxle had gone from being pinned against the wall by Dimitri's attacks, to tossing daggers at his back from thirty feet away. He was well aware that the area was dangerous, his body took full combat mode and was already prepared to dodge any counter attack or trap.
Jarlaxle had to grimice though, his left hand still wasn't funtion to its optimium performance. Too bad though, he wouldn't have minded playing with the demi-lich cocky enough not to bother with his spells, which this perticular drow would not fear.

"Then we should enlist help from the dead." Though a survey of all the dagger slinging, he was concerned about in attempts to distract, Catawa and himself would just get skewered by projectiles that missed thier targets. But battle was about risk anyway, right. "If you think it might help and we can get out with our skins...I'm not ready for the adventure of death yet."
Okay that went horribly wrong on her and she found herself in prime position for bad things to happen to her. Not to mention a sudden anxiety attack...she couldn't handle her hands above her head these days, not since the Kaden incident. And then there was another problem, when that rod touched her collar...well metal conducted electricity well, so it wasn't a fun thing, often making her tense and halt her movement in a pain induced spasm. Though she was struggling like a wildcat, trying to break his grip on her as he was working through clasps and buckles, much to her disgust. She had only slept with one man in her life and she didn't intend on making it two. Think think think, and quick.

"I'd advise you to get your human body off MY Piper. and I might let you live for an extra thirty seconds."
Malik had indeed been following, tracking by feeling, by sense of emotion. anything that can across him, hadn't survived. and he didn't care how it died, either. there were probably several rather disgustingly fused bodies into walls and floors.
So this was the infamous Right Hand. how utterly..unimpressive. he was expecting at least an elf. Hell he wouldn't have been surprised if Kimmuriel was Right Hand.
Malik could feel Dimitri's presence, and let him deal with the other drow. if they killed eachother, fine. if the drow died, fine. as long as Piper was kept from this human. especially this human.
"You know, I didn't see any playthings that resembled me. I'm a bit insulted."
Onyx only flexed his claws, and glared lightly at Tarathiel.
"Tell me something, proud drow captain. I am curious. with your want of high adventure, judging from your previous encounters I have seen or heard of...why haven't you tried your hand against the lich in combat?"

Well, there really was no arguing there, was there? The Lich's body was pretty much pincusioned to the wall, half of his head seperated from the rest.
He didn't move, besides the occasionale twitching.
Catawa looked out the door, uncertain that the Lich was in fact dead, but they didn't have a chance now. "That drow carried someone out of one of those rooms. The Lich is imoble at present. I propose we make a run for it. Get outside the castle." She looked at him with a serious expression, she wasn't going to accept much of anything less.
Clothes was pushed up, down, or aside depending on what he need to do. Doing some rather lich inspired acts apon Piper's person.
And than the hero showed up, spoiling his fun. He stood, dragging Piper up by the wrists. The blue rod was held to her heart. "Your genetics were lousy." Simple smile. "Your body, geneticlly, is an utter failiur. Mostly rescesive, weaker genes."

"My permission is that she is here. and she is important to me, and I am her Hunter. it woudl be the same as someone asking the Minotaur if he should be allowed in you base of operations if you are not there."
Claws flexed out a bit more.
"My place for now is at her side. it is where I belong. Or are you worried the big mean Vah is going to eat someone in your crew?"
A slight chuckle.
"You underestimate the combination. much like my father did. the weaker genes, you say. sure, for a Tier'dal I'm rather on the weaker side of things. but I make up for that in agility, ingenuity, and sheer hatred. oh and Malvolence...but any elven genes are better than a human. plus..I have an aptitude for endurance and necromancy."
He advanced on Right Hand, not paying to much attention to the rod.
"You think I won't thrust this sword right through her and you? after all, I can keep Piper alive. I wouldn't do the same for you, human. Oh...but you do have a point. why should I kill you. I can do much, much worse to you."

"I'm not leaving this place until I find my companions. That was part of our deal." Yes he brought up the deal they held just to back himself up. IF they could break for it, then they would, but not without the others.
Hm...Kaden or this...what was worse exactly. She was not a happy elf at all, even more so as she was finding herself on the loosing side of this little encounter. Until Malik showed up. Though as far as she was concerned it didn't make the sitution any better as she was dragged up, quite dishelved now, clothes a bit loose and still half covered in blood. And she made a move to break away a moment before that blue rod of a weapon was brought back to her, and she stopped that. After all, chainmail was metal too. And she knew what electricity could do to the heart. Not to mention she didn't like the idea of being run though much like on a sword either. Quite the feral look over coming her eyes though, survival instincts having the forefront of her thoughts, clouding her head. Malik's threats weren't helping soothe those either.

"Vah, you didn't ask the captain of this ship if you could bored. Aella does not get a say on your presence here anymore. You had better impress Celeste, or get off this boat." The drow's voice was perticullary calm given what he said.
Jarlaxle moved away from Dimitri's form and hurried down the hall, when he was a relatively safe distance, he pulled out his portable hole and uncermoneiously droped Meilikki on the ground. Without speaking, he picked her back up again, and tied her back to his body, and continued on his move. Finding your way up was just as easy for the drow. He allowed his senses to guide him on the path that held the same characteristics as higher dark. It didn't take verylong for him to find a shallow pit that rose up a few layers. He looked at the woman, "We are going to be climbing, and because of your weight, I have to use my hands to support us." THe drow jumped onto the ledge and climbed steadily upwards until he reached a reasonable hight. He crawled across the pit, and stepped onto the floor. He guess he would have to go up one or two more levels to get where he want to be.
Suddenly, a better idea came across his mind. "If we head all the way up, we can meet the Green."
