Fyoren sat in the ashes and a fire began to roar and soon A giant Tower of fire had formed and he just sat there

The Bennu followed, walking with ease on the long legs of a heron. His previous forms, even though the more recent ones were herons, were small and only able to move long distances by rapid flight. Some people called this form the Yellow Wagtail form. It was much like a songbird.

Cethin looks at him with a litfted brow then walks into the castle and to the throne of odin. He bows to Odin in an old warrior way.

The Bennu kept walking till he reached the throne, where he did the only bow he knew. It was simply bending both legs, almost kneeling, leaning forward, and holding his wings out. After holding out the bow for a moment, the great sun-bird straightened himself out and waited to listen.

fyoren walked through the human leaving all in ashes and his face reamined emotionless and he stopped for a moment outside the Palace and then carried on

The Bennu stood still, glad he didn't have a human mouth to relay his feelings with. This is why the Egyptian gods normally prefer animal heads as opposed to a full human form. A full animal form can also be used, but it can be terribly inconvenient. He waited to leave.

Without another word, The Bennu took wing out the door and transferred this information to the other three parts of his soul, inside of Ra. The Bennu was created before Ra, the first creature to crawl out of the mud. Ra was created later and became the Bennu's other half. The Bennu is the Ba and Ib, heart and mind. Ra is the other three, the parts associated with the body. The Bennu and Ra are one and the same person, god really, but they are different aspects.
He went back to the camp and prepared to leave. Bast and Nahla saw what he was doing and did the same.
