Darius's eyes snapped open. He jumped up and looked around the room. "Uh guys? We need to go. Now." he said, waking everyone up. He lifted Clare into his arms and leaped out the window. "Don't argue Clare. Your going to be carried for now. By air is faster than land." Darius said, snapping his wings open and taking to the air. "Moguri, Terasu, come on! Move!"

Clare opended her eyes as she was woken up. "Darius its almost five can't we sleep a little longer?" before she knew it she was out in the air."whats going on?" "What is the matter with you?"

"You can sleep now. We need to move because we are about to get surrounded by a lot of people. They all have anger in their aura. I don't feel like fighting today." Darius said as he put more power in his down stroke to gain altitude. "Look." he said, pointed into the distance. A large mass of people were moving toward the town. They could see the sun glint off of their weapons. "Like I said, I don't want to fight today. Really don't feel like turning."

"Agreed," Valvados said giving a smile and a nod. "Surrounding the town sounds fine but they have people who can fly. If you can't cover the air then it's possible that they could both escape," he said slowly to Enever.

Terasu opened an eye and glared towards Darius only to roll over and pull the covers over her head. "I'm sleeping," she murmered shaking her head and going back to sleep.

"Do you want to be sleeping when there are, by my rough estimate, 5000 soldiers coming? I would rather not be surrounded and out manned. I would recommend leaving now." Darius said as he started to fly away. "You with me Clare?"

Terasu had already decided to go back to sleep, not even bothering to hear Darius out as she went back to sleep.

Darius sighed. He didn't want to get into a battle, but he had an obligation to his friends. Sometimes things just weren't fair, but he knew that Clare was right. "Damn it, alright. But I want you by me the entire fight. No leaving for any reasons, got it? I failed protecting you last time, but I won't fail again." he said to her, banking gently to turn around and head back to the tavern.
