Sunny is Not a Ventrue, Id say Suny is closer to Malkavian than Lucind (since shes not really insane at all) not that Sunny is insane but Sunny does have a different sense of humor (points to HOH 08 Fish-Sunny scene)
Vahn is closer to a Dark Ages Ventrue if you Include his Kasuga days.

Laughter tends to be his response to just about anything that catches him off guard, but he might have been busy trying not to punch Sun at that point.
