I dunno. I always view the high level, high power characters as near God like anyway. They really are in the classical sense. A lot of them are comparable to Greek, Roman, even Norse Gods with very little difference. I didn't quite understand the sword in its entirety, but it seemed pretty strong.

A deity sealed away within the blade permenantly, basically nerfing all his powers except for regeneration for the person weilding it. I'm just very clever with the tools I have to work with, is all.

Everyone looks down on self healing these days. Wonder if the day will come when they look down on self love....? *Ponders.* I gotta go visit my girl now....

I'm more of a futbol and rugby man myself. *flies through the goal*

Rain: I understand. That actually doesn't sound too bad.

Neko the Kitty was one of the comics I was saddest about for dying off.

Keno and whatshisface never got out of that tree, did they?

Example of cleverness which I suppose supports the overpoweredness:

The sword drains blood to power the regeneration; else, it takes him days, weeks, longer to do it.

The sword is warded so people just can't break it and release the being inside.

The sword puppets the body weilding it like a marionette, so damaging the body doesn't really harm it (except causing him to use the fuel to regenerate, thus draining it and slowing the long-term process), to allow me to do creative things with regeneration.

I honestly to goodnessly tried to make it as down-to-earth as possible, to make it a flavorfull and interesting combatant for other warriors in general, while still being able to tangle with the big boys. I really did want to have that rematch with Ebag, since it could me a grudge match with a level of brutality unlike that which has never been seen. That's the level of awesome I was aiming for the whole time.

Forest for the trees, and whatnot.

Only to plummet to their DOOM.

Whatever may come it is not now and may never see it's end. For me it's Brood War time.

Any interested in joining leisure comp stomping my buddy - Deep-Strike is my account name.

It'd be Kain but I've had that account since '96..."it's like a new pair of underwear; at first it's constrictive but then it becomes a part of you."

20 points to name that quote. Later, guys.

*OUTskies.*

Epic brutal.... epic brutal... maimed limbs, forest fight, raining, blood everywhere, crater, trees torn asunder, drops of water being repelled by sheer force, and the fight lasting like 40 combined posts.

Yeah, I've been there.

@ Sunstrike: Seven. Four was from a different story arc which has been following Rain since last year, and I just needed a scene (for foreshadowing, a literary technique used in many classics) so I can move on with my life, so they aren't even a factor anymore in your scene (and that was like, almost 20 pages ago!). And I was trying to remove Rain from the scene (and even said so OOC); you were the one saying you wouldn't move on without him.

Malice was there for Lucind specifically.
