Rawr... Seems like my sinuses hate me worse then last year. I'm getting really sick and trying to work 9 to 11 hour shifts at the daycare, so it's not helping me too much there. X.x I would go to the doctor at this point, but I don't like the doctor I have and I'm working during the time their office is open. XDD So I've been taking a lot of Sudafed and Tylenol, but the OTC stuff makes me sleepy. x.x
Also.... Loke. I wanna talk to you about something I'm thinking about doing, I think you're sleeping or out.... I dunno if I have work tomorrow or not, expecting a bad ice storm, so if I don't I'll sleep in then get on MSN to talk to you... hopefully. Right... Gonna crash on the couch now. x.x

Maybe if you'd stop staying up until after midnight it wouldn't suck so bad. xp
As for Rose, yeah. I was sleeping. I zoned out on the couch in the living room around 2PM after taking a painkiller. Fell asleep and woke up at midnight. I'm amazed no one bothered to jab me with a fork and tell me to go get in my bed, but meh... couch = <********> comfy.

Okay, I was rather excited when i announced my news earlier so here is the extended version.
My appointment consisted of being in the court for 1 hour, in which i didnt have to see the judge. The previous court orders were abolished, meaning that the court ordered statemment my ex had to produce on the 12th december (didnt appear til today) was never looked at and a new order was drafted and had to be consented to.
I was originally asking for 2 2hour sessions, 2 4hour sessions and 2 6hour sessions, all of which to take place at my sister-in-laws mums house (confusing i know) as she works for social services as the head of the children in care unit, and my ex has an intense problem with my mum.
Instead I got 3 4hour sessions and 3 6hour sessions, starting this sunday and then every other sunday until I go back to court in April.
It has been 11 months since I last saw my daughter but I finally got there, again I'm really grateful for all your support over the last 11 months and although I havent been around alot lately you have all been in my thoughts, and i am very sorry to hear about all of your problems.

That's great, Mijin. ^^ How come you cant get full custody though? Or at least more hours. My ex-husband didn't give a s**t about me and Kat when I was pregnant and still doesn't really... but he gets two six hour visits each month, if he'll come up here. He keeps making excuses on why he's not coming up.
