I dunno.
But also in my home state its illegal for someone with Gonorrhea to marry. If a child burps during church anywhere in the state, their parents may be arrested, and in the city of Omaha it is illegal to burp or sneze in a church. Also in Omaha, men are not allowed to run around with a shaved chest.

There's also a law in Chicago about it being illegal to tie an alligator to a fire hydrant.

Detonating things for scrap in The Sims 3: Ambitions isn't all that visually appealing, but it's still possible to make a non-lethal terrorist that blows up random crap around town.
I rearranged the basement of my main sim's house to make room for the inventing workstation and the time machine you can make from it. I'm eventually gonna turn it into a lab.

stellarmagic Nebraska has also had a state law against spitting since the 1890s. That should be nation-wide, IMO.
