FINISHED ANOTHER!
So far, Medic Huts, Hospitals, and Toll Booths. As well as the possible upgrades for them. They cost a pretty penny.

I think i came up with another building idea unless it was already brought up.
A Training Facility surprised
Sorta like a gym. You pay a set amount for ryo, and depending on how much you pay, your exp goes up by a set degree while you RP in the facility

Which is, if you have this building then two people who rp in this village, even if they are not on the same team. May take a team bonus. The upgrades would increase how many people who are not part of your team that can take the bonus.

This Bakudon Element thing is very confusing, Apparently it's referenced with Earth country, and yet the shinobi clearly stated Gari was from Stone country...
Not to mention it states Gari has the Inheritence of a GK, when Deidara Obviously didn't have it.
But what's odd and really off about the entire method of Gari and Deidara is that they both use explosive methods.
Deidara using Doton[Earth Element] to create clay figures and an unknown source in making them explode.
as to Gari, he's able to use Bakudon[A mix of two elements] to enforce explosions upon people's physical bodies.
Similar yet explained in two different ways.
Notes: Deidara was apart of the blast corps of EARTH country.
Gari was apart of blast corps of STONE country...
Deidara's jutsu weaknesses was Raiton[lightning element] Due to the Doton from the clay figures.
But if there was a second element why did it not counter the Raiton and still work after words...
I know they're not from the same bloodline limit, but why the similar effects?
This confuses me...

@ Aizen I think I see what your getting at but you might be highly over thinking things. As stone is not a shinobi country its just one of those ones that hires people. It could and probably is some translation problems because that whole area is simalarly named , with hidden rock, stone and earth country -. 3 -.

Although I dont know exactly what Azien is talking about, I will say this. Always consider that a controdiction in the series could possibly be a translation error. Best example of that was, in one of the last few chapters where they displayed a map. They had "Mist" Between Fire and Lightning, basically where "Frost" is located now. What happened was, there was a translation error.
Consider this. Fire Country is called Hi no Kuni. Leaf Village is called Konohagakure. In that rite, Water Country is called Mizu no Kuni while Mist Village is called Kirigakure. But on the map that they showed. It said "Hi no Kuni" Where Fire Country would be and "Kaminari no Kuni" Where lightning Country should be. So that means that it was a map of the Countries, not the villages. But, in between the two it said what was translated into "Kiri no Kuni" Which would mean Mist Country. So the big controversy was, holy s**t is there a Water Country - Mist Village and a separate Mist Country - ?? village.
It was later determined that the Kanji was actually translated wrong and it should have said "Shimo no Kuni" aka Frost Country with its hidden village being unstated.
霧 - Kiri - Mist
霜- Shimo - Frost
Very similar. The translators make mistakes from time to time lol.
TL: DR
Translation errors happen all the time.
Only reason I gave such a detailed example is because I argued for days on some Naruto forums about this when it first happened.

Yea translation errors seems to be the best conclusion.
@ Ele: nah still not noob enough, you don't have the open mouth set to the largest size and there is a uniform color scheme~
