So what's the deal with BioWare killing off what seems to be a major character early on in pretty much every game they've made? Usually a temporary companion.
(hid in white due to possible spoilers)
KotOR: Trask
Mass Effect: Nihlus; Jenkins
Mass Effect 2: Wilson
Dragon Age: Origins: Duncan; the other Warden initiates
Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening: Mhairi

Keeps your interest longer and makes it seem less 'storyish' and more 'just another day-ish'.

Hell, they even know they're gonna die by basically seeing through the 4th Wall. Anyway, I have this to add. Jenkins, Wilson, and Mhairi all sucked anyway.
I did shed a tear for Duncan, but reading Dragon Age: The Calling made up for it, but I still miss the old man.

Well, the new RIG has at least 1 item I like.
The snow showgirl.
I'm debating the elf queen dress thing. It's nice, but way too damn pricy. Hopefully everything will deflate before long.

Although I figured it would be too good to be true that all three of them would survive the Joining.. But, yeah, the others sucked anyway.

Thanks to Facebook, I can now stalk people like Des and Missing, and creep them out by telling them the names of their parents, etc. just by half-assing some research.
Important lesson kids: Don't put your information in a publically-accessible place.
This coming from someone that sent a few people a topless pic... rolleyes

Darkened Angel Thanks to Facebook, I can now stalk people like Des and Missing, and creep them out by telling them the names of their parents, etc. just by half-assing some research. Important lesson kids: Don't put your information in a publically-accessible place.
