Hello old friends! It's been quite awhile since I've been on, y'all probably don't remember me. Something happened with my account, and I was way too lazy to...revive it haha till a wave of boredom came over my tonight! And I'm so glad I did!

Well, I'm convinced that my computer has gained sentience and is attempting to kill itself. Not only did I have to deal with the same virus twice, but now it's just completely screwed up. Whenever I try to start a program, it takes me to one of those "choose a program" lists where I have to choose the SAME program to start it up.
For instance, I try to start STO up, the aforementioned list pops up, I select my desktop, select the STO icon again, and THEN the game starts up.
And speaking of MMOs, none of the ones I have seem to want to work. When I start up STO I get a "Page Cannot Be Found", and DDO and the Everquest 2 trial I have both say they can't connect to the server.
So, yeah, my computer has obtained sentience and is either trying to kill itself, or tick me off.

Kidin Blikk That was a typo on my part. He was actually half Mandalorian, half Japanese. I didn't know Japan existed a long time ago in a galaxy far far away.

Darkened Angel I got a mage going. I just haven't picked the game up since getting to see Duncan bite the big one. I've been swamped with everything else. The idea is a spirit healer and arcane warrior, since the latter means using spellpower to wear armor and use weapons, rather than strength. Combined with spirit healer, I'll essentially have a paladin going. I was going to try that with my Awakenings mage, as its preleveled and whatnot. I'm currently a human warrior using shield/sword, my first character having been an Dalish rogue duelist/assassin. I'm thinking my next character will be a dwarven noble/warrior, I'm interested in seeing the effects his arrival in Orzamaar post-exile will be, but prolly wont play him farther past that.

Is the role of a local or villain alright? Also, whats the standard year?

I sent you a mail regarding locals. Also, sure, being a local would be fine by me, as it would give some perspective from the point of view of the people being invaded. As for a setting, it would be Three years ABY, since it's just after the Battle of Echo base. About a month later.
