He was a bit aways from everyone. he knew that this Star had cared for him and he was greatful but he had to keep looking. He had come down from the far north for one thing. To find the necklace he had given to his mate before she was killed. He had trcked the human who took it to this area and was ready to sink his fangs into him.

Actaeon wakes up from his sleep and looks around his den and walks outside to walk around the grounds for one last time and said,"good bye wolf grounds", and left for another new beginning.

Talah watched Actaeon leave, and a small smile not noticable had reached her lips. 'Darkfang, do you see what I see? He's leaving, what a fool, and he thought I would really become his mate, ha.' She stood and shifted into her lycan form, the one form she wasnt in much, and only her father and family would recognize her now. "Dad,I'm going for a walk."

Imagine if you would have become his mate, if you angered him, it could have been you walking away, feeling rejected instead of him. His sensitivity and lust would have only brought you depression and distract you from your real goals, just look at what his emotions did to him. It was obvious that he was an unworthy mate. Just look at him. Darkfang sent a mental image to Talah of himself pointing at Actaeon in disgust. Such foolish nonsense.

'I know Darkfang, I know.' Talah passed snow and Star, her head held high, she acknowledged them with a nod and walked over to them. "Greetings, I do not think we have met before. I am Talah, the alphess of wolf grounds and the daughter of Sabre. It is a plesure to meet you both." her icy blue eyes examined first Star, then Snow. She examined him more carefully.
