On an unrelated note, an 8th grade girl got hit by a truck like.. 200 feet from my house this morning. They had to bring in a heli to air-vac her out.
Feels bad, man.

I wasn't even awake when she got hit. The helicopter going "WUPWUPWUPWUPWUP" over my house woke me up, I got dressed and wandered outside and saw someone laying on the side of the road in the distance with an ambulance and some paramedics. The helicopter landed in the field right behind my house.
Found out later what happened. Apparently it broke her pelvis from what people have been saying, but she's supposed to recover from it alright. Which is pretty lucky for her, getting smacked face first by a truck going 20-30 mph is usually a pretty good way to find yourself with a case of "being dead."

The Thunder Tyrant Chances are they were following UFC rules instead of some crazy s**t like Pride where face-stomping grounded opponents is considered acceptable (Wanderlei, I'm looking at you).
