Transportation Security Agency.
They're the guys behind the security measures at airports, etc.
What happened was, some idiot decided the safest place to put their manual, half of which contains confidential information, is online for everyone to see, using a cheap blackout program to hide the classified parts, which was easily undone so everyone was able to see tons of information about bypassing security, like VIPs can be exempt from screening, an example of an ID to look for, what kind of wiring the detectors won't pick up, etc.
I'm surprised you guys didn't hear about it. It was all over the news the other day.

These are also the guys who brought you the 'easy lock', which federally mandates all external locking measures on containers made after 2001 be able to be opened by a universal key.
Which only helped tickle my fancy when I found out that my five thousand dollar rifle could easily be picked open by any one of the dozens of people who work as luggage handlers and get their keys made at walmart....
