Molan was just not the happiest little demon on the planet. Nope. Not at all. Still no reply and two dead mirrors. So, figuring it was best not to just lurk outside until life answered his questions he'd chosen to wander off from the fun house.

And ended up in the main tent.

Right in time for some sort of dance contest. Nope. Definite nope. He merely sighed as he ignored the mess before walking a few more paces, and then he noticed his brother. Surrounded by some people he didn't know, and some he did. Xiu was always a pleasant one to deal with, who knew about the others. Still, maybe if he had a chance he could ask Etzer for some advice. He seemed like he'd know. Better than more annoying carnie gnomes anyway. So up he walked, offering as polite a smile as he could muster due to his foul mood to Xiu. "Good evening." His tone was pleasant enough before he looked toward Etzer, the fact he was upset at least a bit obvious.

And the other two? Pretty much ignored. He wasn't in a chatty mood.

"Ah..okay..." Junko glanced down at their feet, nodding her head. Follow Amphi's lead..

Okay, yeah. That didn't end well. Junko nearly tripped on her own hair, managing to catch herself. "Sorry! Sorry..!"

"Yes!" Nope, no idea. The guy had said swing, and swinging was dancing. That was all she needed to know. So with that she hopped along happily, spinning the ghoul as best she could. "You're good at it, you didn't know?" She inquired, assuming they had done it right.

No one was booing at them anyway.

Though she wasn't paying much attention really since she was busy making as much use of the dance floor as possible while pulling along the ghoul in the process."I'm Simply by the way~!" Her voice was sing song as she went, beaming sunshine the entire way.

Mathias had remained at his position near the refreshment table, idly tapping clawed fingers along it's clothed top, still holding Vanya's drink in one hand for when she vacated the dance floor with Frost. He was not at all looking forward to dancing with the ghoul when they were finished, though he supposed there were worse ways he could spend his evening. She was, perhaps, the most beautiful ghoul he had ever laid eyes on, though considering how hard he tried not to look at ghouls, that might not have really been saying much.

And she was well over a foot taller then him. Probably more like a foot and a half. It was totally disconcerting. He would feel like a mere child dancing with her!

Still, he had completely resigned himself to the idea of doing anything she wished all night. It was only just this one night, after all, and she had actually been fairly pleasant company, and hadn't demanded much of him so far.

Lost in these thoughts, he barely even noticed when she approached, though he could smell her sweet scent, his nose twitching, before he held out the drink towards her. "You look very lovely tonight." He mumbled, feeling a need to be polite and compliment her, as he had not done so yet. Well, her legs and feet looked lovely at least. He only assumed the rest of her did as well.

But then her feet turned white, as well as her legs, and his eyes widened, travelling up to her dress, her waist, and before he could go any further stopping there, his ears rigid.

"I--I do not know vut.." He stumbled over his words. "Is--is everything okay?"

Good luck miming to somebody who wont even look at you, Vanya.

"Th-this is m-much f-faster th-than w-what I'm used t-to," the little witch informed her partner as she continued the momentum (somehow, she had no idea how). She was spinning, twirling and simply letting Simply lead her across the dance stage. (And if someone was listening for booing, it was probably her). "D-doesn't s-seem t-to m-much d-different though," which was good or she'd be a pile of mess on the floor already.

Maybe it was the other ghoul's very chipper mood that was keeping them going, neutralizing Maple's natural pessimistic outlook and exceeding it in order to make them not fail. Must be it. "I'm Maple," she said with a small smile after a spin.

"Hello," he said to Xiu as she greeted him. He bowed a little and gave her a little smile. "I'm Glasere Uller... Everyone calls me by my last name, Uller, however." Then someone else was walking up to them. He was wondering if this other demon was Etzer's brother, Molan. However, Molan seemed to have no interest in him, so Uller didn't even try to speak to him.

All at once, his arm was yanked and he was dragged to the middle of a dance floor and he just stared, wide eyed, at Etzer. "What do you think you're doing?!" He all but screamed. He couldn't scream, that would draw so much attention to him. Did he even know how to do dance like this? This wasn't normal behavior, surly.

Ahm was excited for the Dark Carnival - he had a hot ghoul on his arm and his prospects for the evening were great. Kieran looked smokin' hot - pun intended, as she was a ghost-kitty with a penchant for flame (that he appreciated quite well) -- especially in her prom dress, which provided a sexy accent to all of her curves. The Grue was quite pleased with his "blind date" and made a mental note to seek out that little witch and thank her again, after prom. Or during, if he managed to bump into her.

He had placed a corsage on Kieran's wrist to match the bloom that he'd pinned to the cloak hiding his face; because the event was sure to be lighted, he'd made certain that he was covered wholly: gloves, wrapped tail, cowl to hide face - the works. But it was all attractive, all velvet and fine cloth; nothing but the best for prom, right? Ahm had an overcoat that went with his suit, but quickly shed it because it was just too Jacking hot to bother with it for long. If Kier wanted him to don it for pictures, he would...otherwise it was stuffed safely away for the night.

There was a great deal of food and drink, and as they made their way into the throng of students, he dipped his head down to speak to the small cat-ghost, "You want something to drink first? Or would you rather hit the floor?" She was at his side, arm looped through his; Ahm knew how to behave like a proper gentleman and Prom was important for ghouls. He was determined to give her a good experience.

Hell's bells, he already had a good start, what with the gaming booths and their combined wins!
