Well, it was rude whether you were trying for it or not. Even if I did think that's what the name was then there's no reason to assume, IC, that a character is mispronouncing the name. Usually when a writer is making a point of having their character mispronounce a name they make it clear in their post, through dialogue if they can, that their character is mispronouncing the name. There typically isn't room to assume that rather than, say, it being a mistake.
My first day off is Tuesday so I might post then if I have time.

I work in a liquor store so... yeah, it happens. That time it was from a sweet old lady though, so it just made me happy.

talk2hand it would be far from the first time that I had to remind a teen of the age difference between he and I. Actually, it's kind of creepy the number of boys who have asked to date me despite me being 4-6 years older than them. OF COURSE I KNOW YOU WERE JUST JOKING, RIGHT.
